Ventilation during resuscitation

It can be difficult to continue satisfactory mechanical ventilation under resuscitation conditions. Inspirations resulting from thorax compressions often yield only minimal tidal volumes and are accompanied by frequent pressure alarms. As a consequence, the ventilation of intensive care patients often relies on a resuscitation bag and oxygen supply. Our intensive care ventilator with manual ventilation permits the continued use of mechanical ventilation with the desired PEEP and FIO2. This lets you continue with mechanical ventilation even in critical situations while providing access to adequate monitoring.

Application areas of ventilation during resuscitation:

  • Intensive care units
  • IMC
  • Anethesia
  • Emergency room
